New Year’s Reception of the University Medicine Essen

Complementary Medicine for Excellence in Medicine was the slogan for this year’s New Year’s reception of the University Medicine Essen, which took place on January 24, 2024 in cooperation with the Faculty of Medicine and the Foundation of the University Medicine Essen. More than 400 invited guests attended a keynote lecture by Prof. Dr. Gustav Dobos, followed by a plant-based three-course menu prepared by Michelin-starred and TV chef Nelson Müller. The menu was also served to patients and staff at the university hospital the following day.
